For Home Sample Collections, you will receive your report within 2 working days at max from the date of sample Collection on your official or registered Email ID and also the report will be available under My Health File on the TWC App; only soft copy (PDF) of the reports will be shared.
For in-clinic / in-hospital health checks, you will receive your report within 4 - 5 working days at max from the date of health check on your official or registered Email ID and also the report will be available under My Health File on the TWC App; only soft copy (PDF) of the reports will be shared. Hard copy of the reports can be collected directly from the Diagnostic Centre / Hospital.
