To book health check appointments for your dependents. Tap the Health Checks option on the Home Screen.
1. To book Health Checks @ Home appointment:
a. Select a package to view the required detail for that package.
b. Tap on the SELECT PACKAGE button.
c. Enter the address for sample collection.
d. Enter your dependent’s details and tap on PROCEED.
e. Select the Date and Time for sample collection.
f. Tap on BOOK NOW and make the payment.
2. To book Health Checks @ Diagnostic Centres or Hospitals appointment:
a. Select a package to view the required detail for that package.
b. Tap on the SELECT PACKAGE button.
c. Select from different labs at your location (you can also change your location by tapping on the top right corner of the screen).
d. Select the Date and Time for visiting the lab.
e. Enter your dependent’s details and tap on PROCEED.
f. Tap on BOOK NOW and make the payment.
