This may be because of the following reasons:
● Not logged in with an official email address.
If you have not logged in with your official email address, you will not be able to avail all the Sponsored Benefits offered on The Wellness Corner by your employer.
We request you to log in using your official email address to access all the Sponsored Benefits offered on our app by your employer.
● Employee details not found in the system.
If you have logged in using your official email address and still can not see your Sponsored Benefits, it is because we have not received your information from your respective HR Team.
In such a case, please contact your internal HR team. Once they share your information with us, you will automatically get access to all the Sponsored Benefits offered on our app by your employer.
