Your steps may not be syncing because of the following reasons:
- Syncing steps before the first step sync date
You cannot sync your previously tracked steps before the first time you synced your steps on The Wellness Corner.
For example, if you synchronized your steps for the first time on August 14, 2022, you will only be able to sync your steps from August 14, 2022.
- You have not allowed the Wellness Corner App to access the data of Apple Health
Follow the below stated steps to enable The Wellness Corner to access the data of your step tracking application:
Step 1) Go to the Apple Health App on your Apple device and select "Sharing" by tapping on the 2nd tab on the bottom screen.
Step 2) Tap on the Apps option and a list of apps will appear on the following page. Select “The Wellness Corner” app option.
Step 3) Select "Turn on all" or turn on the "Steps" option, which will allow The Wellness Corner app to access Apple health data.
Step 4) Now, go to The Wellness Corner app and use the "Sync Now" or "Sync Steps Over a Time Period" feature (In settings) to sync your steps.
