This guide assumes that you have already connected your step-tracking device and can successfully sync your steps with The Wellness Corner.
If you have already synced your steps but notice a discrepancy between your tracker device and The Wellness Corner app for a previous date, you can use this feature to sync your steps for a specific period. Here's how to proceed:
Step 1 - My Zone
Go to the My Zone section (5th tab on the bottom screen) and tap the highlighted option displaying your total steps for the day.
You will then be redirected to the steps tracker home screen.
Tap on the highlighted 'Settings' (top-right corner of the screen), and you will be directed to the Step Tracker Settings Page.
Step 2 - Step Tracker Settings
Within the Step Tracker Settings page, select 'Sync Steps Over a Time Period' to re-sync your previous step data from your currently connected device.
Step 3 - Select Step Range On tapping the “Sync Steps Over a Time Period.”
On tapping the “Sync Steps Over a Time Period,” you will see options to choose both a Start Date and an End Date. Please select the date range for which you want to re-sync your steps.”
On tapping on "Sync Now", your steps between the 2 selected dates will be re-synced.
Please note that you can only sync your steps for a maximum of 30 days. Additionally, prior steps tracked before the registration date cannot be synced to The Wellness Corner.
